Martin Leak is Managing Director and a founding partner of Resolve Group. He has over 30 years experience in transport engineering and a proven track record in delivering complex projects for clients. Martin has extensive knowledge of the state highway network and is highly conversant with local authority, Transit and Land Transport New Zealand procedures.
