Auckland Motorway Alliance
The Auckland Motorway Alliance will manage and maintain the Auckland motorway and state highway system for the next 10 years.
Designed to foster teamwork and innovation, the Alliance members are the NZ Transport Agency (formerly Transit NZ), Fulton Hogan, Resolve Group, Opus and Beca. A strong emphasis is placed on building an environment that embraces the Alliance culture, which includes all members sharing the gains and pains throughout the project.
The first NZTA maintenance Alliance in New Zealand
This is the first NZTA maintenance Alliance contract in New Zealand and Resolve Group is providing ongoing input in the following areas:
- Traffic optimisation and specialist advice
- Special drainage asset management
- Management of utilities from other service providers within the motorway corridors
- Team building
In addition, Resolve Group Directors Martin Leak and Terry Brown are part of the Alliance Challenge Team whose role is to challenge Alliance members on their ideas, plans and systems in an effort to achieve breakthrough performance.
