Makatote Viaduct Life Extension Project

Resolve Group have been assisting KiwiRail in the procurement of an Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) project for the life extension of the award winning Makatote Viaduct, located near Waiouru.

The ECI method of procurement was selected because of the significant risks involved with the selection of a corrosion protection system, consenting and implementation for this project.

We have been preparing the tender documentation, undertaking the tender management and are also a member of the Evaluation team for this high-risk project
