New Lynn Transit Orientated Development Stages 2 and 3 Procurement

Following the successful delivery of the New Lynn Rail Station, Resolve Group was engaged by the then Waitakere City Council to procure a physical works contract for the construction of Stages 2 and 3 of the New Lynn Transit Oriented Design (TOD).

As a member of the Tender Evaluation Team, we assisted in procuring the successful contractor, Dempsey Wood Ltd.

The project incorporates significant streetscapes.

It includes extending Clark Street, a new bridge over the railway, a shared space roadway along Totara Avenue and the construction of the Totara Ave West/Todd Triangle.

Construction began in November 2010 and completion is planned in early 2012.
