Traffic Demand Management

In late 2009, along with Beca, we assisted NZTA with the installation and construction of a traffic demand system (TDM) on the SH20-1 Manukau Extension project. This connects the SH20 Puhinui Interchange through to SH1 and is part of the Western Ring Route.

Resolve’s role was to manage construction and ensure the TDM system was ready on time.

We were also responsible for the quality assurance of ducts, loop detectors, pole foundations, poles, signage, and other associated infrastructure, as well as assisting with the coordination of on-site activities.

The TDM is an added benefit to the Extension, which opened in August 2010.
