Traffic Demand Management (TDM) focuses on initiatives aimed at modifying travel behaviour in order to maximise efficiency in the use of transport systems.

Resolve Group has assisted Transit NZ with procurement and project management of the installaton of ramp signals on Auckland's motorway network.

Ramp signalling is an internationally proven traffic management tool used with great success

It is used widely in the USA, UK, Europe and Melbourne and Sydney.

By managing the rate at which vehicles enter the motorway, ramp signalling results in:
