Risk Management

Risk Management looks at the culture, processes and structures that are directed towards realising potential opportunities whilst managing adverse affects. Resolve Group uses these processes to improve certainty and add value in project outcomes. We have championed risk management processes, including cost estimation and risk analysis for a variety of clients.

Our people have extensive risk management experience including Terry Brown who spent five years as the Australasian representative on the World Road Association Risk Management Committee and Darren Cash who is developing an industry expertise in Risk Management.

We have facilitated Risk Management workshops and undertaken peer reviews of time and cost risk analysis of major projects. Some of our team have formal training in Project Risk Management, Risk Communication, the use of @Risk software and Quantitative decision-making.

Resolve Group has been involved in the Parallel estimate and Peer review process, both as a reviewer and a reviewee. We are aware of the challenges experienced in this process.
