We are experienced in all aspects of management of piped services including water supply, wastewater and stormwater. This includes writing and/or reviewing operation and maintenance contracts for piped services including performance based maintenance contracts aimed at aligning the contractor's performance with the levels of service set by their clients. We have also produced and reviewed emergency response plans for water services and carried out independent financial reviews including reviews of existing water charging mechanisms.

We are working with all utilities to agree service relocations and protection requirements and the installation of new services. This includes working with utility owners on behalf of our client on cost sharing agreements.
