Chris Blind is an experienced Senior consultant with over 14 years experience. Chris has gained significant expertise in the preparation, procurement and administration of Contracts as Engineer to Contract or Engineer’s Representative on a variety of civil engineering projects. Chris supplies an in depth working knowledge of NZS3910 tempered with an impartial approach to contract management.
