The Challenge:

Kaipara District Council (KDC)’s existing Asset Management Plan needed to be brought into line with the One Network Road Classification (ONRC) requirements and Road Efficiency Group (REG) advice.

The Outcome:

Updating of KDC’s Asset Management Plan for roads as part of the Regional Land Transport Plan rewrite.

Our Involvement:

Resolve Group reviewed and improved the asset management plan for roads and provided independent advice on how to bring the plan up-to-date, incorporating a business case approach, and using a framework that incorporated the ONRC requirements and REG advice.
